Okay kill a cricket by freezing it in the frezzer for 50-110 minutes and cut of a small legg[hind leg works good.] and seeds as messor barbous loves seeds.I'm not the one to ask though as i know next to nothing on this species

Err at that stage feed them fruit flys probably and a few seeds.

now I look at them there are 2 died workers there is only 1 workers

I'de get a refund for a new colony if i were you.
Or get your money back and get them elsewhere.

I have emailed them I might do that but she has no eggs or larve or cocouns and 1 worker so what do I do ???? I dont think there is much of hibernation left. how long do you think it is going to take for her to lay some ???
